We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags, and include proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at customerservice@wondertoys.com. If approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
